What we collect

If you write to us through the enquiry form, we collect what you enter:

• your phone number, if you give one
• the name of the company
• its sector
• where it is based
• its turnover band
• anything you write in the message field
• a record of the consent box you tick

Like most websites, our servers also keep basic logs: the address a request comes from, the pages requested, and the time of each request.

Why we process it

We use the details you enter in the form for one purpose: responding to your enquiry. The legal basis is the consent you record when you tick the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. We keep basic server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing this site.

Where it is stored

How long we keep it
